We're trying to order the tickets from The Plug website. We fill in our credit card information, click "continue", but we get the message "To protect our customers from identity theft, credit card details are erased when a browser refreshes on the checkout review page. Please enter your card details again and re-submit the form." We just don't get any further from this. Is there any other place to order these tickets, or what should we do with this?

I'm not going to be much help, as I didnt get that message - but I sympathise as I spent some time trying to find the 'buy' button before realising you had to create an account etc, and even then it all seemed a bit clunky compared to most others. It was OK in the end though.
Is there a button you are pressing to 'refresh' on the review page? if yes, then dont press it; if no, then there is a contact number 0114 241 3040 which I would suggest calling late afternoon early evening (as more likely to be someone there then).

I still can't do it. Does anybody know, how big the place is? Is it possibly going to be sold out?

I feel for you, I registered and I still cant pay for tickets, wont authorise my card which i know works. I am gonna give em a call tomorow. Nothing worthwhile is ever easy, lol.
-
I'm also looking into this - will let you know if I get any answers.

Apologies, after buying tickets for Notts i thought I would try Sheffield again and it worked. I guess i must of entered the wrong details!

For some reason we didn't manage to make the order with any of our cards. But we ordered the tickets from See tickets. With the box office collection that should work :)

I doubt it very much - its about 1200 capacity - I dont think NMA have *ever* pulled that many in Sheffield.
