Reminded me of gigs in late 80's with all the old stuff, what a cracking night.

Another few hours and I'll be doing it again  :) :)

'7 times' (or is it '7 ways'?) Is a belter! Young Keri kicks it off with some way cool percussion on the bodrhan, then more drums get added, then the guitars then just when you think it can't get any better the kid grabs his 4-string and dishes out a killer bassline. Really looking forward to the new album now.

Also worthy of mention is Marshall's guitar work on 'Space' which has massively enhanced and already awesome song.

Lots of significant changes with the Portsmouth set which is a good sign.

Finally I'm pleased to report that Justin has had a haircut of sorts so he has thankfully lost that unsettling resemblance to Saruman from Lord of the Rings...

Northampton was a superb night from start to finish. The new songs are great, to the usual high standard. Marshal and Ceri turned up at the after show meet at the Racehorse. Me and Barty had a good chat with Ceri. He is a really nice guy. Very humble. Its clear he loves the job, and is grateful for doing it. Not sure he got my sense of humour though, he took it seriously when I gave him MY autograph !!  :D I fuckin" love NMA.. there were lots there who had travelled from the continent, spoke to nice chap from Germany, and a group from Holland who were over for the three nights. Great stuff !!!!

It was indeed a crackin' gig....March in September just gets better and better and I really liked Horsemen and 7 Times. Bodes very well for the new album. Just when I thought I could take no more in the mosh pit, Christian Militia drew me back in.....fantastic!

Post gig drinks were brilliant too - thanks to Ceri and Marshall for the chats - both so down to earth and great to talk to. Cheers again for the Strongbow Marshall!

Looking forward to the autumn tour....I'll buy you a super loud alarm clock this time Shush mate  ;D ;D

It wili be cheaper for you you again to go down to reception, and tell them you think I maybe dead, then walk in the room again with the manager  ;D After the amount we drank, and getting back at about 4am, I don"t need to apologise for being dead to the world at 8pm. ;)
I think I spoke to Marshal, but I definately remember dancing with him to the Specials and a few other Ska classics. I  did give him and Stoney a Jagermeister shot when they were stud near the bar chatting. If I had have been dead when you finally gained access to my room in the morning,,, after that night, WHAT A WONDEFUL WAY TO GO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just to correct you on this one Guy - Saruman is trying to resemble Justin
