I'm not sure should I ask this. This might fit as well to "everything else" but here it goes:
What would you consider being the main principles
with NMA?
with us?
or what...?
you choose
Let's try to keep it polite and simple. Maximum is ten words! ;)

Don't ask anymore stupid questions!
-
Recognition of spirit, resistance and an ability to question.
-
Love of and respect for the natural world, and recognition that in the great cosmic scheme of things humanity is only a fleeting occupant - sorry if it sounds bleak, but it's what speaks to me through so much of NMA's work

Cthulhu, apologies for the bad English I write and maybe some of the topics I've recently created have a bit misleading names. Or maybe it's the amount I've posted suddenly that may irritate someone. Should I know if there's some other issue concerning a spesific topic I've written recently or my older posts years ago, please let me know.
Otherwise, good joke(?) though to mention the lyrics.
Can you show me a place where I can go, that I don't have to justify myself...
-
Oh please, don't take it personal and you don't have to apologize!
I don't really like emoticons and sometimes i write ironic things without a ;-)-thing.
My reply was a spontanous one to what i felt was an unanswerable question. Maybe i just should have kept my mouth shut. But to answer the question, one word:
Independence

No worries! Poor me - Compared to your excellent English- I'm at a state of cave man ;D when it comes to trying to read something in between the lines in foreign language. *Me likes the Army!*
Yeah, to the point before I rock the whole boat:
If there once were things like standing in on behalf of something/ fighting/ respect of equality etc. there are nowadays some new elements too like
-responsiveness to change
-melancholy
-self-confidence (as always)
-reclusion / isolation
Latter one being quite interesting. I think there's something in common with things like silence and even living in exile, maybe. Coming back and giving couple of phrases about everything as an answer. Then disappear into the shadowy realms of NBTS until next time... Couldn't explain...
I think that our cultures, age and things in life at the moment etc. affects to how we view the band and feel about this. Everyone has something more to add on depending on what has happened in their lives.

I am not sure if there are any.

Actually, Rusco, you summed it up perfectly for me with your quote 'give me a place where I can go...'
I try and be a person who gets along with everyone he meets, but I find it harder and harder these days. Maybe I'm turning into a grumpy old bastard, but there seems to be a fundemental change in the mindset of the general public nowadays... so many people seem to be constantly on edge and looking for a reason to kick off with the next person who crosses their path, for little or no reason...
And then I come to an NMA gig and you can bump into someone and spill a bit of their pint without worrying if you're gonna get that same pint glass smashed into your face...
'Give me a place where I can go where I don't have to justify myself...'
Yup. I got it, it's an NMA gig. Can't wait until the next one.
