Title: Refund for the Stockholm tickets?

Has anybody tried to get the refund for the Stockholm tickets? As we can not go to Stockholm in october, I asked the refund from the Tickster, and they answered:
"Contact the organizer regarding your refund, if a refund is necessary - they (the organizer) will do it. Not Tickster."

I think that usually the ticket agencies do the refunds. However, I wrote to the e-mail address of the organizer, but haven't got any answer. ???

Good question, I had to ask the same thing.

I purchased the gig tickets for two to Stockholm a week before the actual postponement too. A group of friends organized everything ready for the Malmo gig too and they even had a sort of bigger plan to travel via Copenhagen to spend an evening in Malmo there too. (Now the situation with us is that we are going to travel there anyway.)

So here are couple of questions:

- can we use the the same exact tickets where the QR codes are - at the forthcoming gigs in October? Even (if) the venue is different then than what it had to be on March?

- will the support acts (Levellers f.e.) play at the original March gigs? Then one might expect that tics are usable there normally although high priced for just a support act...


Also, there should be some way to solve the refund issue Hipi asked above.

Hello Hipi. I'm not sure but I think the pause with information may be due to finding a new organizer for gigs in Sweden. I DON'T know anything about the reasons, but it has maybe something to do with that, that in the NMA main site the newly focused list of October gigs has links to all other gigs tics but not all gigs in Sweden. So maybe their co-working with Tickster is discontinued. Viv?

I haven't asked our money back. Still hoping there could be a chance to use the tics on October.
