And we are pleased we've already booked tickets ;-)
Nice treat for those of us who prefer to see the band at a venue rather than a fest, so cheers all round
-
Viv, just noticed that on the home page it says that tickets are on sale on 08/07/14
4 days after the gig takes place :) :)
-
Aha! Well spotted! It was, of course, a deliberate attempt to restrict attendance. Ahem...
Shuffles feet, fixes mistake and wanders off...

It's all gone a bit "Timey-Wimey" in 'ere as Doctor Who would say. See ya' there
:-*

Hey Viv - really pleased this gig is just over the water but I am curious as to why Southend out of all the places in the UK, do you know why?

I was thinking the same only for personal reasons as I'm own at Lydden Hill race circuit on the Friday night for the weekend.
Such a shame the band aren't playing in Dover

I think the answer is why not? It's also by the sea! :)

Thanks Viv - I guess someone quite likes the sea then.......................... :D
-
Have to admit, I'm looking into doing this un, then maybe staying the Saturday in Southend for a bit of seaside, then home Sunday ???
-
Any idea of stage time Viv? Won't know till quite late on whether we can go- any idea also if it is likely to sell out or is it safe(ish) to pay on the day?
-
The venue website states NMA on stage at 8.30 For an acoustic set

Cheers Claire. Funny how when I saw news of the acoustic set :D :D :D I found I was definately able to go! Have bought tickets.

HELP!!! Does anyone who does the SOUTHEND gig happen to drive to either London (anywhere in London) or London Stansted Airport on Saturday 5 July and would be able to give me a lift? I nearly spent my last money on that ticket - otherwise I might have to sell it to be able to afford the train back. (I probably wouldn't but walking all the way from Southend takes too long...) It might be my final year of following NMA anyway as I don~t know anymore how to afford the tickets. If you happen to know somebody who could give me a lift, please pass this on and send me a pm. Thanks a million! Striaght on for the days ahead!!! (Somehow...)
-
I can give you a lift to Stansted Airport in the morning no problem. PM me your mobile number and I'll call you...
-
Setlist anyone? Wondering if any of the new material made it in...

NickyG is a really nice bloke. When I heard he was going, and a chance to meet AWOK for the first time, really made me want to do this gig. Oh well, there will always be more. Hope you had a memorable night Annna ;)
