Well now.......

The Forum Dec 2014
Nottingham 2014
Poole 2010
Nottingham 30th Anniversary shows (can't decide between them)
Cologne 2014

The Poole gig was my first NMA gig so all recent choices

Kentish Town Forum 2014
Rebellion Festival 2013
Kentish Town Forum 30th Anniversary 2010 (counting both nights as one)
Sonisphere 2014 (mostly because I was right in the front row, hanging over the barrier!)
Electric Brixton 2011

It's hard to leave out any NMA gig I've been to, because they're always incredible, but those ones have stuck in my memory a bit more for whatever reason. It's all about personal experience, I guess.

Ooh now there's a thing...

Bridport Electric Palace 2011?
Electric Brixton 2010
Devizes Fest whenever it was - 2013?
Bilston 2014
Amsterdam Melkweg any time

Advisory on the dates, these mostly coincided with drinking much cider so hazy happy memories hence them being in the list

2) 30th birthday at le Trabendo of Paris, 2nd evening
3) 25th birthday at la Locomotive of Paris
4) February gig in 2006 at le Big Band Café of Hérouville Saint Clair/November gig in 2007 at le BBC of Hérouville Saint Clair
5) Weird, one hour fun gig at Les Mascarets, a free festival in town Pont-Audemer (Normandie) the 13th of July 2006

All these gigs were good times and sometimes, more than that! 8) 8)

Wow... I've seen NMA so many times... it must be pushing 100 now...do we have to do them in order? If not, here's my opinion...

Nottingham, Christmas last year.
Manchester Academy, 1990, Impurity tour... my first...
Preston, 53 Degrees, about 8 years ago... sweat-drenched, crammed-in-tight mayhem!
One of the London Astoria dates, can't remember what year, but we all got kicked off roundabout 9pm because Rachel bloody Stevens (silly pop muppet, for those of you outside of the UK) was playing a late show...
... are we allowed to put up JSAF gigs here?  If so, when Justin played The Limelight club in Crewe, a great (and now sadly gone) venue that was my local for a good many years, and it was literally a one-minute walk from my flat!  Anyone else had Justin play one minute away from their home?   ;)

But I can honestly say that the lads have never let me down, never a bad gig...

Manchester Hacienda 1984
Manchester Ritz 1985
Manchester Academy 1993
Manchester Academy 2 2005
Manchester Academy 2 2007

I think the dates are correct, my memory isn't what it was ::)

Yes!
When Justin and Dean played the Beacon Court in Gillingham I am just down the road!
And it was one of the worst gigs, all down to the crowd I hastily admit!
Really embarrassing on your home pitch

Ha, Claire, same experience for me!  It was a 400 capacity venue and there was only about 30 people there!  SO embarrassed for my home town!   :-[

Although it was the first time I ever managed a post-gig chat with Justin and he was ok with it...

I have a bad memory of Chippenham Goldiggers

Sept 87 the 7 date White coats minitour and I was hitching from Manchester where the band had played the night before and I got stopped by police for being on the slip road on the M5 near the Evesham junction, I was only just past the start of motorway sign.

The coppers were not very happy and charged me and gave me a date to attend court in Worcester, I pleaded guilty by letter and the gave me a fine including costs of £80 which was a lot of money then. :'( :'(

I did eventually get to the gig and needless to say I've never hitched on a motorway since :) :)

Haven't posted for a while so here We go... Only been to 4 gigs!!

1 -  The Forum London 15/12/94 - My first show, remember Justin complaining about the country being run by 'the same ignorant bastards'!

2 -  The Fleece Bristol 22/04/14 - Andy Woodard did a sterling job for his first show standing in for Michael.

3 - Wolvestock Wolverhampton 10/08/96 - Justin solo show with Ozrics and Dr. Didge. I was rather the worse for cider and kept shouting 'The Man' and dancing madly even to the slow songs! Found some photos here -  http://www.pennyblackmusic.co.uk/magsitepages/Article.aspx?id=4749

4 - Leeds O2 Academy 14/11/14 - First gig for 18 years! Good night even though Justin had a cold.

Falmouth- 2013 Because there hardly was a mosh pit and it was calm enough for me to enter.
Coesfield 2014
Augsburg 2014 There was a bonfire after
Gothenburg 2014 due to the fact that there really was no moshpit and people who don't like it could actually enjoy it in the front.
Paris 2012 because it was my very first.

Usually the gigs where I can stand in the front, see the gig and not be slammed into by people in a moshpit are the best. I do not understand the appeal. Someone could get seriously hurt. This is more of a hippy band not metal so i don't get it.
