Does anyone know what amp Justin used in the 80s?

Any live video you watch of the band from the '80s you can easily see Marshall amps on Justin's side of the stage. I'm not a Marshall guy so I can't help you with what exact model, but you can see big Marshall speaker cabs with Marshall heads.

I do know Justin favored Norlin era SGs back in the '80s. They were odd little creatures...nobody seemed to like those Norlins  except Justin.
