If a film was made of your life story which NMA song would be your theme tune
-
Wow. What a question. One song to sum up my ridiculous life? Some immense highs, some truly depressing lows...
I'd like to think it's 'Courage', although I haven't felt terribly courageous at times. 'May you never be broken like they say you will'... yeah, that'll do. ;)

Mine would be Rivers. We borrowed the lyrics to put on our Christmas letter this year (with credits to NMA, of course). They work themselves around a photo of a few of us walking the pilgrims route across to Holy Island / Lindisfarne on Easter Sunday. It was definitely one of those Edge of the Sky moments.

Mine would be
"I love the Ballad of Modern Times Bodmin Pill World"
;)
Ok, if that would be too much cheating, it would be
"Ballad of Bodmin Pill"
-
Having not long been through an abusive relationship I think Fate sums up my life lol.
“ Put my hands in the flames “ and “ I have done the same things over and over again “
-
Hmmm, I think I'd have to go for Ballad of Bodmin Pill as well.
-
Joining the Ballad of Bodmin Pill bandwagon.
If there is such a thing as a favourite NMA song, this would probably be it.
Someone Like Jesus would be the other one.

Brilliant question :)
Could be many ....
You Weren't There - "and you weren't in my head so you don't know how it felt"
Guessing - "Waving at the Devil that I know and the Devil that I don't"
but it has to be - Today Is A Good Day: the storm comes, everything is destroyed but something new arises. Pretty much sums up my life !
-
I've been asked this question on other forums and my answer is Green And Grey for all the reasons in the song.

Waiting ;D

For me it has to me Aimless desire;
I massively associate with the heartbreaking lyric;
"Found a bird caught in the machinery set it free and watched it go.
I have long been trapped in dead end jobs and playing in bands that are unfulfilling or just don't earn me enough money to survive.
I am ultimately unsatisfied but still driven on towards something unknown by that same Aimless desire that Justin sings about.
