New Model Army / Re: Long interview with Justin

It's a couple years old so most of you have probably seen it before, but this one passed me by at the time. So, in case anyone else was passed by, it's well worth the read:

Everything Else / Re: What bands are you going to see?

Well, obviously todays news about NMA...

Got a ticket for Lesbian Bed Death in Sheffield seeing as it's the night before Sisters Of Mercy in Nottingham, the two cities aren't that far apart and it sound like a good Goth / rock weekend...  :D

And if we're going to go into 2027 I've got a ticket for Rush in Manchester.. yes, I'm a bit of a Prog Head and I'm not ashamed of it at all!   8)

On The Road / UK Christmas dates announced...
« Last post by Master Ray on March 02, 2026, 10:55:36 PM »

Nottingham Rock City - Saturday 12 December.

London Roundhouse - Sunday 13 December.

Ah, this is a tough one for me... I love those Nottingham Christmas dates.  But if I go to see them in London I get The Chameleons as a support band!  And if I book right now then Premier Inn have some pretty decent hotel prices for that night...

(also, I would have thought that this would have been announced here?  Has the NMA Forum dropped off the bands radar so much that they don't think that anyone posts here anymore?  Did someone forget to cancel the whole thing?   ;D )

I doubt this will be  of  interest to many/ any on here .......Neil Sedaka he wrote so many great songs ...RIP...

Actually, Neil Sedaka was a favourite of my Mums when I was a kid so even though I'm not exactly in a rush to listen to his tunes he was something of a big part of my childhood... RIP indeed.
