Cologne Amsterdam Train Tickets

Anyone know when Cologne Amsterdam train tickets go on sale. Rail Europe website says ICE tickets on sale three months before depart date but does not appear to acceting bookings yet.

called Hispeed (NL) the other day to ask for this; they said tickets will be on sale october 17th

What time train are the majority getting on for Amsterdam.
After last years car dramas I have decided to let the train take the strain.

The 10.46 ICE train from Cologne to Amsterdam. Was less than 30 Euros when we booked last week on bahn.com
