Hmm, Anna... totally out of the blue, a 'lovely lady' got in touch with me on Christmas Day via FB... someone I used to work with and was very close to for various reasons, but had lost contact with... bad relationship stuff on her part... seems like that issue is now resolved and she's quite up for a meet..?   ???

Could be something, might be nothing, but what the heck, let's see where it goes...   :o

The fact the Christmas is over and no-more crazed shoppers. Now when New years is over i will be even happier. I will finally get some rest. Being a chef/cook becomes a lot harder and exhausting during this time. I am happy that it is half way over.

Yeah thank Fck that Xmas is over for another year. All that hassle for something most of us don't believe in. Always good to get a couple of days of work and catch up with people you hardly ever see. So are we getting a invite to the big day Ray lol seriously best of luck

Held off telling ya' this because it's very un-PC but I'm sorry it made me happy..............

I got wolf-whistled yesterday, in fact the fella gave me a double whistle  ??? I have no idea who it was I didn't dare turn round and look but whilst bent over tying Cromwell on to the railings outside the Post Office that's what happened. Apparently my arse is worth a whistle  :D :D :D ;D ;D :o that bloke should have gone to Specsavers shouldn't he  ;D

Taking the piss out of myself aside - it made my day yesterday and it's still making me smile tonight. And sod yer PC stuff (although I don't really mean that and normal service will be resumed shortly) It's made me happy

Space, I will reply here as you are likely to delete you own topic again. Do not feel sorry for my family and friends. They are one of the same, and many are here on this board. We have respect for each other and good times together. If you ever find the time to see NMA live and meet up with such people, you may yourself find out what that is all about.

It is certainly not about posting half arsed insults to each other.

I suggest you try facebook. we are not too fond of trolling here.

I am sure you do have some interest in NMA and the fine music, but if you want to discuss this with people here, you are going to need to show your fellow forum members a bit of respect.

Again I will re-state. I believe in my honest own opinion, JS is the greatest song writer that has ever lived. :)

Been doing housework today accompanied by videos of the Christmas gigs. Suddenly got a flashback to a moment in the pit at Nottingham where it was an overblown waving the hands in the air type of thing. Some chap clasped my hand for a while and we waved our hands about together for a bit: Strangers sharing a bit of happiness.  :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :)

No idea who he was and pretty sure he didn't know me - don't think we even saw each other until after when I think (hope) we shared a grin.

Whoever you were mate - nice one, hope you have a good year. You typify all that is good about "the Family" whatever the **** that actually means.  :-*
