We got ready all of the county's official things concerning our house and my working room. No need to call for additional time for constructing and getting things ready. Hooray.

That means we don't have to pay to county anymore. Now the buildings are "ready" officially. What's left to do is up to us, not the county.

Had a couple of drinks with me Dad tonight, just me and him... don't get me wrong, his wife is a truly lovely woman and the three of us have had many, many enjoyable evenings, it was just nice that whilst she was away visiting her sister I got the chance to have a bit of one-to-one time with the old man...  also, we got a chance to talk about health problems and for once they weren't his!   

A really nice night.

Our Daughter today she had asked me this Mum can I wear your NMA Hoodie with the black Rose on the back for my first NMA gig tomorrow in Cologne ? :)She is getting exited the same with me cant wait roll on Saturday

Tonight in our local, as usual on the old music box I searched for NMA expecting to get the same 7 songs I am please to usually find, tonight there was an option - GET FROM THE NET, I clicked it, how many options,,, 261 NMA  tracks available (included a lot of live ) well, where do you start Only put on around 10 as this GET FROM THE NET option was two credits per song. I do remember I finished with One Of the Chosen, and Sky in Your Eyes. That alone well worth the trip out. Every one else there was happy for the bloke in the corner to sing along and gesticulate to music they had never heard before.

Then I finished with a couple of Smashing Pumkins tracks to wind down with.

Well, that all made me happy

Last night's gig in Köln made me very happy
And there were quite a few other people around me.
The whole pit was grinning and smiling actually.

Thought I had nothing to do on Christmas Eve tomorrow (one of my favourite social nights in years gone by) and then an old pal, who I haven't seen in two years, got in touch out of the blue and suggested Christmas drinks at our favourite pub...
