9/10 I'd say
Much better than Berlin but not quite as good as Hamburg, which had ILTW as final encore.
Total mayhem down the front though with some rather interesting acrobatics

I'm not the biggest fan of Lean Back and Fall but live it's a real rocker towards the end
The new songs are getting better and better BDAW was just great last night!

After Münster (which was planned to be my only gig of the tour until the december show in Cologne) I left the venue with some mixed feelings. The show was OK & solid but nothing more. Maybe because it was the first show of the tour, maybe because of the venue or maybe the audience and the band simply did not "connect". After reading the very positive reviews of the Hamburg and Berlin shows I spontaneously decided to drive to Hannover (although I had to argue with the lady a little bit until I had her convinced this decision is totally essential ). And what a different experience it was!

The band and audience worked together from the very first second, the new songs are soooo good live and the whole atmosphere of the gig was simply breathtaking. What an awesome band this is.

Straight on for the days ahead!

Interesting that Horsemen was one of just 3 D&W songs trialled live on the earlier UK gigs but don't think it has appeared on the tour?
Of the old ones it was good to see Bodmin Pill on the setlists from earlier in the week...... just saying, like

Good to see Lean Back and Fall featuring, pick of the new album for me, yeah I love the title track and StormClouds n Seven Times, but LB&F is a rocker that deserves a good on the road airing - mind you so was Arm Yourselves and Run and that hardly featured on the TIAGD tour...
