No need to worry! Most of us mancunians are a friendly bunch!
Me and a few mates are meeting in Grand Central for a few pre gig
(Cheaper!) beers and then will probably end up there after too.

We shouldn't be hard to spot. We're all a bit heavier and a lot balder
than we were Back in the day with big smiles on our faces, all excited about seeing the
Best live band on the face of the earth!

They'll be no trouble from us

Guys, I'm having serious problems with my laptop, seemed to have picked up a bug somewhere, I've managed to post this message but I'm not sure if I can do it again.  This from the man who started this thread and wanted to meet up with fellow posters!  Bloody typical!

I'm aiming to be in (or outside) The Thirsty Scholar roundabout 5 - 5,30pm... I'll be wearing a t-shirt with the 'Wonderful Way To Go' single image.  6'1, 40-ish, going a bit grey around the sides and (so I've been told) looks a bit like Morrissey... feel free to approach because I don't know what any of you buggers look like!

In anticipation of a doubtlessly brilliant night...
Rah! Rah! Rah! We're going to smash the oiks!

Hello Ray. I went to the Thirsty Scholar but ended up in The Salisbury as there were no NMA fans in the Scholar. Missed you completely. Had a fantastic night anyway :)

All the Manchester pre-gig booze n post gig curry (eventful tho it was) were brilliant....... The gig was, in my humble opinion, one of the best certainly in the last 10 years..........
