Completely with you on that one Ghosttrain. Seen it dozens of times, and I'll watch it dozens more. Unique piece.

Somewhere on an old VHS I've got the "Burnt Offerings" documentary and the director's cut, recorded off Channel 4 at the time of the 25th anniversary!

Dr Who. Im getting old. Its very 'youth vote' and as an actor I like him. But it aint Doctor Who and very much like the era after Tom Baker.

Thanks for the info about this documentary and funny that you mention her because I was listening again this week to live versions of some of the great songs from her last two albums, "Stranger things", "Goodbye Mary", "The river knows " and her cover of "White Rabbit" by Jefferson Airplane...what guitar playing and superb voice she has! Hopefully she will tour with or without Golden Highway in Europe at the end of the year or at least in 2025.

The 1976 film "Burnt offerings" starring Oliver Reed and Bette Davis is also fantastic!!

I watched 'Beetlejuice Beeetlejuice' the other night at the cinema.  Damn, I was 18 when I saw the first Beetlejuice movie at the cinema, I'm 54 now, you don't expect to wait that long for a sequel. It's even more surprising when you see it, not expecting much and... it's actually rather great and not just a nostalgia cash-grab.  Absolutely loved it, even more crazy and ghoulish than the first one and proper laugh out loud funny throughout.  Well worth a trip cinema-wards if you fancy it.   ;)
