This may be old news but am I reading this Sonisphere poster correctly and seeing NMA on board???

awesome news - they were booked the year it got cancelled - think around 2011 or 2012.

makes my weekend a whole lot better:)

Aw, they're second on the bill behind The Sisters Of Mercy in a big dark tent..?

I love Iron Maiden, but I'd take that over the Maiden boys (in a big field, exposed to the elements, knee-deep in mud and probably 500 ft from the stage) anyday...

"NEW MODEL ARMY are confirmed to appear at Sonisphere Festival on Saturday July 5th on the Bohemia Stage.

I've been to Sonisphere twice (2010-11) and both times, the best gigs were the late night ones in the tent, and it looks like NMA will be one of those.

I'm SERIOUSLY tempted to go, now.

I'm hopefully going to Sonisphere. Just need to figure out a plan for accommodation - cant be bothered with camping...

we're debating whether to go just for the Sat... having just discovered that the last train back to London is at 1am suddenly made it a lot more likely

I'm only going for the Saturday,getting a hotel was very difficult,and deffo not cheap!.Think I booked about 3 weeks ago,good luck,you may need it.
