Have just started reading ''What We Did Instead Of Holidays'' by Clinton Heylin ,history of Fairport Convention (as you will know were/are one of my favourite bands)..good so far,as a fan for over 45 years not expecting too many things i don't know already,but hey who knows ?...

Finished yet another Iain Banks yesterday- Espedair Street.

With this lovely lock down weather I'm going through a book every other day and cracking through my backlog on the book shelves.

 :)

Oh, that's a brilliant book!  One of the best books ever about being in a rock band!

Oh, that's a brilliant book!  One of the best books ever about being in a rock band!

Was quite good- lighter than the others I've been reading this Lockdown.
On The Steep Approach to Garbadale now and enjoying it so far.

I have just finished ''The Cement Garden'' by Ian McCewen,a dark tale of deprivation and survival,an excellent read but quite disturbing in parts...

''SHIFT'' by Hugh Howey,part two of the ''WOOL''trilogy fascinating stuff a really good read.....enjoying it very much........i cannot remember the last time i read so many books.. :)..

I have now finished WOOL trilogy.....really enjoyed all the books...fascinating stuff.
