We don't negotiate hard enough in this country! I always ask for discounts or an extra this or that to do the deal. Sometimes you lose, but you'll be surprised how many times you win. In the end stats tell them that once you sign you are likely to be with them for some time, they know that.

The traffic in Germany we drove back from our holidays tooks us 10 hours for 500 km ( its like a war on the streets no one cares to each other   >:( >:(

The lack of information on how to cross the Ukraine /Romanian border. It's either by car or foot. No trains or buses. It's like they are encouraging hitchhiking. Since that, I will have no choice but to be with my thumb up when crossing the land border.

Had a big Sunday afternoon / beer garden thing planned with my best mate... then came down with a bad stomach in the early hours of the morning so couldn't make it... sounds trivial, I know, but I don't get out much these days so was a bit gutted...  :-[

OK... after juggling the increasingly fragile 'house of cards' that have been my finances since getting laid off from the NHS a couple of years back (thank you, Tory bastards  >:() and, in the meantime, alternating poorly paid jobs that were well below my experience and abilities with the utter desperation of unemployment... looks like the house of cards has finally collapsed, thanks to some SERIOUSLY bad advice from my bank about refinancing an old loan...

Can't describe how down and desperate I feel right now.
