Bought a new mobile phone last week on EE (UK mobile phone network), specifically for pay as you go, I use my phone for little else than texts, £10 credit will last me two or three months... they tried to sell me on some big package / plan, I said no, went away with my new phone...
Yup, I was signed up to some package / plan that I didn't agree to. Rang up to cancel and, wow... EE's customer attitude is 'The customer is always WRONG'

No matter what I said, they countered with 'Yes, but...' and tried to sell me another fuckin' package / plan! Like I'm some idiot who doesn't know what he wants!

Got it sorted out in the end but, UK folks, stay the hell away from EE...
