Jazz - what is the point of Jazz? Boring awful endless noodling for the sake of it, never does anyone even play the same ******* song as anyone else on the stage yet somehow it's regarded as some superior art form - bollox it's awful and anyone who likes it should be shot immediately on the grounds that obviously there is a profound short circuit in their brain and it would be kinder to put them out of their misery.
And I can't stand Reggae & Dub either. Drone, drone, drone, On, and on, and on , bored, bored, bored. Unlike Jazz tho' I do at least see the value in it. Mates love it and apparently I have heard some of the really good stuff during attempts to cure me with bouts of Aural Shock Therapy but nope, just leaves me cold with not so much as the slightest nodding head groove thang going on.
That's just me tho !
Oh and don't get me started on those grim po-faced northern clog wearing crusty folk rockers New Model Army.........
