Does anyone else find fault with the website? Has anyone else had their foreign cards rejected?
For me, i have tried three cards and non have been accepted. They say fraud or some bullshit like that.
The website is also very unprofessional as they don't answer emails. All sites in Sweden including the public transport sites seem to also have this attitude. If you don't like foreign money, then why ask people which country they are from and offer that country as a selection?

The rest of the world goes through the hassle of accepting foreign cards so why can't Sweden?
Norway on the other could not have seemed easier or more welcoming.

That sounds a bit strange. May I ask what is the fault error it says?

What about if it's due to system you use and not the card?

Is it a Visa or Master Card you're using? With a Debit and Credit methods allowed?

That really sounds a bit odd for a country where you can (and most likely will) buy your icecream at the stall in the street with a credit card. The accept Visa and Mastercard, but you´ll run into trouble with American Express, as they are not widely accepted.

If you have a phone number, I could call them for you, if you like, since I am living in Sweden.

I have used one Visa Debit card and two visa Credit cards.

It says something about fraud  controls and that it can not accept the payment.
My friend said he will take care of it but i am beginning to doubt he will pull through.
or by the time he does, they will be gone. Though Stockholm is the only one i can see selling out.

I ordered tickets for Malmo and had a message that Tickster had to do a manual security check before processing. When I contacted them by email they responded quickly in English advising everything was okay and attached the tickets, they were very helpful. Might be worth calling them.

Rusco - I will send you a PM before the Stockholm gig would be good to meet again for a pre gig beer

I can't even get that far as to get that message. My order is terminated directly after putting in my card information. I wrote again after i calmed down from being pissed off. I hope that customer service can manually do it. If not i must do international bank transfer and have no idea how to do that or what it even costs.
I have bought tickets in Germany, France,England, The Netherlands and Norway and have never had any issues.

I think their safety precautions are ridiculously too strict. It's not protection but inconvenience.

It's been resolved. A very nice woman from Sweden has got them for me.
