Here's my top ten but not including any NMA as there'd be more than 1 in the list

In no particular order

Led Zeppelin:Physical Grafitti
Pink Floyd:Wish You Were here
Spear Of Destiny:World Service
Paul Weller:Stanley Road
Sisters Of Mercy:First And Last And Always
Guana Batz:Loan Sharks
Ghost Dance:Gathering Dust
March Violets:Natural History
AC/DC:Back In Black
Gene Loves Jezebel:Immigrant

I know there's more i could had but how can we really pick a definitive Top 10  :) :)

Is is a crime to believe in something different?

I meant what I said at the time that I said it

It would be a limited list if I included NMA so without them and not necessarily in order -

The Police - Zenyatta Mondatta
George Frederic Handel - Messiah
Spear of Destiny - One Eyed Jacks
Ghostdance - Gathering Dust
Metallica - Black Album
The Waterboys - This is the Sea
Fields of the Nephilim - Revelations
U2 - Unforgettable Fire
Pink Floyd - Wish You Were Here
Gary Marx - 1995 and Nowhere

Bah - I could have put a list of 20 together. Ive tried to narrow it down to those that spend the most time in the Cars CD changer ..

Without NMA:

Alice Cooper. - Brutal Planet
Queensryche - Operation Mindcrime
Mark Knopfler - Get Lucky
Manic Street Preachers - The Holy Bible
Johnny Cash - Man Comes Around
Bruce Springsteen - Devils And Dust
The Clash - Combat Rock
Florence and the Machine - Lungs
Steve Earle - Copperhead Road
The Kinks - Phobia

In no particular order but those are albums I come back to time an time again. Interestingly, the Kinks album Phobia is their last to date and was almost universally panned by critics, but I think it is one of their finest!

Hmm, exposing the soul here rather, but here goes.

In no particular order......

Queen 2 - Queen
Script for a Jester's Tear - Marillion
Permission to Land - The Darkness
Warning - Queensryche
Breaker - Accept
All About Eve - All About Eve
On a Storyteller's Night - Magnum
Thunder & Consolation - NMA
Keeper of the Seven Keys (Part 2) - Helloween
Iron Maiden - Iron Maiden
Let there be Rockgrass - Hayseed Dixie

Ok, so that's 11, but impossible to remove just one.

BUMP AGAIN!

Seeing as the Forum is so quiet these days... I'm gonna post a brand new Top ten albums list, which will doubtlessly be massively different to the two other posts I made... what can I say, I love so much diverse music that my opinion could change daily!  Also, I'll stick to the 'one album per band' thing, otherwise NMA would probably take at least six of these positions...

So again, off the top of my head...

NMA - Impurity
The Who - Quadrophenia
Pulp - This Is Hardcore
The Cure - Disintegration
Bruce Springsteen - Tunnel Of Love
Manic Street Preachers - Generation Terrorists
Skunk Anansie - Black Traffic
The Stone Roses - The Stone Roses
Inspiral Carpets - The Beast Inside
The Housemartins - Now That's What I Call Quite Good

You?   ???

NMA - the Love of Hopeless Causes
The Pogues - If I Should Fall From Grace With God
Blyth Power - The Guns of Castle Cary
The Outcast Band - The Longest Mile
The King Blues - Save the World, Get the Girl
The Waterboys - An Appointment with Mr Yeats
Joolz - Spirit Stories
Levellers - Levellin' the Land
Creaming Jesus - Guilt by Association
The Beards - Having a beard is the new not having a beard.

I was tempted to include Navigating by the Stars, but I thought that might be stretching the only one NMA album rule a bit.

The 'one album per band' thing is only a guideline that I impose on myself, interested contributors, post what the heck you like!   ;)

It's just a bit of fun.
