As you go through the front door of Spanky Van Dykes you will notice the bar on the left hand side of the pub. Please DO NOT purchase your Ale from this bar. Cross the room, to the right, up the stairs  there is a bar upstairs where the NMA after show gathering is happening. Please purchase your booze from this bar.

The reason, - the organiser who puts the event on for us for free in his own time has to pay a £100 deposit to secure the room and bar staff. If the upstairs room bar takes over £800, the organiser gets his deposit refunded. We just managed to break the barrier last year. I fully intend to do my bit again this year by helping out and downing a few. 

If you have not been before, exit Rock City, turn left, Spanky Van Dykes is the purple pub on the corner, you can't miss it
