47, and not really sure how that happened....

first encountered nma in the library in my village, peterculter, in aberdeenshire, scotland.  since then, i've lived in edinburgh, hong kong, tasmania, malaysia and am still on the road.  strange days, all of them....

so many parallels with my own life in nma's/justin's lyrics.

Yup, it's a cracker.  I can still feel hearing Drummy B for the first time, even now.  So many great songs...

I think my favourites would include Courage, Ghost Of Your Father, Marry The Sea and Trust (although since seeing the NMA documentary I see the last one through different eyes, knowing what it's about).

The following week I went back to Scorpion Records looking for more NMA and came back with Impurity, and then made friends with a girl who lived in a course-mate's flat, and she was a big fan.

In fact, NMA was one of only three good things that came from my time at university.

DOB=1965, so I'm 51. On a NMA gig I feel like 25, but the day after rather like 80!

Listening to NMA since late 80's, first gig 1991 (or 92) in Erlangen. Took a (too) long break  until I visited Chester in 2012 and met Ed playing in the pedestrian zone. Since then I'm in again!

 exactly 1 year after Jimi Hendrix's passing. He was in the "27 club" along with Amy Winehouse and Janis Joplin. I survived 27. (just) lets see how my late 40's go.....

47 but somehow I find that hard to believe.  ;) I have been listening to NMA since...ummm...1987, I believe, first concert that year or 1988.  :)

43 here. My wife just brought up a question about getting tats on 50's... She'd prefer Discharge and NMA tattoos so here we young ones will go I think!

I was 51 on 4th October so took myself to Berlin for the night, my first ever trip to berlin, didn't see much of it as I was still in the bar at 4am the morning after the gig and back at the airport at 9:30 :) :)

Last week and the week before i've felt 20 while at the gigs, even with having folks stood on my shoulders at all 10 of the gigs, I now feel about 75 :) :)

At my age you think I'd be more sensible :)
