Title: Demos/covers of Stuart Morrow/early NMA bass lines
Post by: Raw Melody Man on August 21, 2021, 06:44:13 PM
Hi guys, its been a while since I posted here. Just a quick update on my project to illustrate early NMA basslines via covers on my Youtube channel, primarily the work of Stuart Morrow as there is precious little footage of him playing. I posted about this a while back but the thread kind of expanded into other things as these things often do..

Anyway, I have now covered the following tunes:

Running in the Rain
Betcha
My Country
Ambition
Frightened
No Rest

Here's my channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCGaLklSyvf5k_iTeyZ8fR2Q

Just in case folk don't know how Youtube works re. monetising, I have permission to upload these covers and any advertising you may see pays the copyright holders, not me :-)

Please pop along and say hi if you are interested in this stuff and if you have any specific questions about the material it's probably best to ask in the video comments rather than here.

By the way was anyone at Beautiful Days yesterday? Annoyingly its quite close to me but I couldn't go :-(

cheers

Jon

I loved watching these when you posted couple of these earlier... But now, as I'm re-learning to play bass after over a ten year break, these are priceless! Thank you  :)
