No rest was performed at the expense of purity.
J & D's opening slot included (in no particular order):
Turn away
Ballad of bodmin pill
Fate
Snelsmore wood
Bad old world
Notice me
Might have been one or two more, this aged memory ain't what it used to be ::)...
-
Stoned, fired and full of grace in the acoustic set as well.
Best gig in a while I thought!
-
They also did the hunt in the main set, not included on the set list
-
Also Vagabonds and I Love the World in the encore.. x
-
Was a good gig. But, for the full electric set Justin's vocals were not loud enough throughout. They were fine for the acoustic set but not the electric set. I was disappointed at that. Don't know if the PA wasn't powerful enough or what.
-
the support ;) did You Weren't There too
-
Can somebody post a complete setlist for both sets played last night please.
-
Yes agree I was disappointed not to hear all Justin's vocals in the second half.Thought it was just my ears.
-
The sound wasn't great right underneath the left hand PA stack, it was spot on for the acoustic set but sounded a bit overloaded for the full band set - who's complaining tho, that was a belting gig, unbelievable set list, a 32nd anniversary show
-
Really enjoyed both sets. So many of my faves in the 2nd one. Well worth the journey. Many thanks to Nick for the driving.
-
aaah i would have loved to hear Frightened ! it's one of my NMA fav' title.
Some sentences of this song are still true..
-
And so you shall!!!!!!!!!

Didn't have a problem with the sound although I was singing my head off so might have missed any minor glitches. Great set, great night spent with great people. Thought the support act were excellent, perhaps they might be able to open up some other shows. Now how long is it until December?
-
I thought the sound was perfect, standing a little back from the front midway between the speakers.
Justin & Dean took my breath away when I wasn't singing that is. Bad old world got me. Can't wait for those Europe shows starting with Loreley

The photos are brilliant!
I'm not talking about the band now, although they are great by the way.
Four Spotted Chaser and Bempton cliffs Gannets...ace! I can't identify the "fly" pics..shame on me! maybe we should talk about the wildlife ones on a different thread?
As this is Bradford related, thank you Stoney for our early morning tour of Bradford, "The Knuttys" really enjoyed it. It just topped off a great couple of days, and was nice to meet folks, even though it was the day after the night before and hungover! Happy days...we will remember it all forever :)
-
