VENGEANCE RE-RELEASE
Put back due to the problems incurred with the studio fire last Christmas, having our instruments stolen and dealing with the aftermath of both, New Model Army's first album Vengeance is to be re-released with added bonus tracks, many of which have never been officially previously released. Sadly, much was lost in the fire, but we have managed to find alternative sources of the material which will be remastered. Release date is yet to be confirmed, but which this space!

There will be extra tracks :-)

As mentioned before, would love an alternative version of Vengeance recorded with new lyrics added - a few more verses are always welcome  ;)

Although the original lyrics are very apt today too   ???

Wow... the first time I brought VENGEANCE, way back in the day, it was on vinyl with eight tracks; the last time I bought it on CD, there were twenty one tracks! How many more tracks are there possibly awaiting to be discovered? Has Justin discovered a whole lost album in his sock drawer?

So, what will be included? There are the bonus songs from the flexi that came with the Bittersweet 7". What are some of the other early unreleased songs? An LP would be cool, but in all honesty, I still love CDs.

What I would prefer on vinyl would be Carnival, Eight and High...especially the first two. I hope that they issue these on LP at some point.

Is this pre-order because the band are nice, like that? - Or is it a limited edition (CD Version)? - Times are a bit hard at the moment!  :(

Oh, just when times are hard and the pennies are short in supply, another 'essential' purchase comes along!  NMA, why do you do these things to me?

(bit of a pause...)

Oh, go on then, I'll get my bank card...

 ;)

Well, looks pretty much like they nailed it.  Pity about losing the original recordings in the fire.  Add it to the list of priceless and irreplaceable items gone.

Can't wait to hear what they've got for us!

I've always wondered why the session version of 'No Rest' was never included on the original Radio Sessions album? I assumed it was due to the limited amount of music you can put onto a vinyl lp. It is however also omitted from this latest CD re-release.

How come?

Sorry, I'm one of those sad completeists!
