Hi,
Don't know if someone had the same story once but yesterday i saw on my bank account that someone stole me 650 euros via Internet. I don't have much money, i try to have some by sending paintings, doing photos etc but it's very very hard for me... And that very bad thing happened to me....
This morning i sent to my bank a letter by registered post to explain what happened to me and tell the bank to stop all transactions on my bank account. I will have another credit card which , i think, not be for free i will have to pay for it like i payed to send my letters....
well, there are stuff in the world that are more important than what happened to me...but honestly i didn't need such a thing !... got tears in my eyes last night when i discovered that...
i really hope everything will be ok soon...hope to have a repayment..

Phone your bank, or better still GO IN THE BRANCH! My wife had £450 taken from hers a few months ago. Got it sorted in 5 days, no charges or anything aswell! The bank were really good! Sorry to hear it's happen to you aswell..... It's a nightmare I know. :'(

thx for your msg stoney. I already phoned and sent letters to my bank , now i have to wait an answer from it, that will come next week I think..

Sorry to hear of your misfortune, it has happened to me on more than one occasion. I am very paranoid about bank type details and I don't think I am negligent in any way, these scum are very devious. What I wanted to say is that every time the bank reimbursed me, no problem, so I am confident that you will be sorted out soon.
