only just seen this, doh!

I remember the gig last June....totally unprepared as usual I had no plans on how i'd get back to my hotel in Wolves..walked around in the torrential post-gig rain for 90 mins, alone, trying to find a taxi. Gig was bloody amazing though - Ceri's debut from what I recall.....will book a taxi this time!
-
At least this time you"ll be sharing the taxi fair Barty !! ;)

It's a deal mate. I'll even get you a pint if you get me one back!
It's a good venue....looking forward to it. Last time Justin asked how many of the crowd were from Bilston. Only 2 said yes. He then said "I sometimes think we exist to show you lot different parts of the world!" Priceless!

OK Barty. With it being not too far away, I see if Graham can take us for a small fee. Better than the five trains we took to get to Northampton and back. Although the conductor on the first train was quite funny -- "New Model Army, I remember them from the 80s, why are they still called "new" Model Army, why not middle aged Model Army now" :D ;D
-
Yes - that train bloke was certainly a character. I'll chip in for a lift with Graham - sounds a bit easier than the usual 48 trains. Cheers mate.

Ever considered a tour bus?

Essential clothing for NMA. Perfect protection for the mosh pit when Stoney is flinging you around. Hard wearing,

Highly cromwellian - a pit helmet in the true sense of the word

jc - would absolutely love the Magic Bus Tour mate - just can't commit to anything with my domestic situation (school runs etc, not to mention the usual struggles to secure leave from work!). I always do a good few dates on each tour but can't always manage, say, 5 in a row....much as I'd love to. So regrettably, I'll have to give the bus a miss this year, as wonderful as it sounds (love the type of stop offs you've suggested - just my cup of tea!). Hope it all goes well mate and no doubt see you at a good few gigs.
Cheers, Barty.
