Holy crap, they've done a Bowie!  They've got new material that nobody thought they'd ever hear and snuck it out with no fanfare whatsoever!  And such a bloody good song!

About time they put something new out.  They've been talking about how good it felt to be back together, but I just assumed they were saying that to sell more tickets.
Did you buy the book they were doing a kickstarter (or something like it) project for?

Ya its been a long time since Pixies did someing new .I first time i went time to see the band play was back in 1988? at the rock city in notts Ace Live band  8)

I've ordered tickets for Manchester Apollo which are going for £32 all in which isn't to bad especially when the Manics are charging more to see them at The Ritz.  Looking forward to hearing some new material at long last.  Apparently the stumbling block was Kim Deal who wasn't up for it but has now decided to leave the band paving the way for them to finally record new songs.
