Title: message for the shop!

hi, unfortunately i lost my password for the shop!so the shop said they will send me a new password! no new password arrived!i wrote a message about this to the shop!no answer...maybe something is not working??and yes,there is also nothing in my spam folder  ;)
anybody else is waiting for a new password??

If you're trying to pre-order the new album, I believe that's handled differently from the normal NMA shop, so your normal password/account won't work, you'll have to create a new one.

From latest news on the front page:

"Because of anticipated heavy traffic, temporarily the UK and Northern Ireland orders will be handled by a partner online store for a limited time"

Anyone having the same problems with forgetting their passwords and being unable to retrieve them can email me on viv.nma@gmail.com and I'll manually replace their passwords and send them a email confirming everything.

I will need your details - full name, username and email address in order to find your account and be able to change the password.

Hi shoppers! I´m not worried about passwords and stuff, yet. Still it´s "message for the shop". Perhaps Viv or someone else can make me &others less anxious about the pre order thing. Could you say something that maybe I got missed or misunderstood during the process of purchasing the pre order itens? In my case is a delivery outside UK and Europe. I got the order confirmation but still I´m confused about it because came from  New Model Army store but the email is customerservice in Spain? Is Townsend Music the recipient of @tmstore.es right? Then by chance, when I got back to the NMA webpage later and click the link to preorders I went to a different path, inside the "usual" SHOP...  ooops so I did it wrong the first time? How can we handle the situation now, since I´m in the otherside of Atlantic?  Can I still get the order or what I have to do? Sorry for the mess... and is there a possible date for the order to be dispatched to the mail? Thank you.

Hi meanders if you have ordered from Townsend they will post your order so don't worry John nma shop..,
