So, March In September, Horsemen, Seven times... which is your favourite?
For me, much as I like them all, it's gotta be Horsemen...
Your opinion?
-
Can you post links to the three please?
-
Hope these work...

They worked fine. Very good quality recording to, no wobble, clear sound. All three are great, but I will stick with March in September. That said, I remember watching Horsemen live, the tempo change in the middle really works well.

March in September just shades it for me, with Seven Times a very close second - both melodic classics already. I love the atmosphere of Horsemen and thought it worked well live. I'm sure it'll grow on me as much as the other two have. Interesting that these are the first three songs on the album....less than 40 days to go now...

1) March in September, the best of the three, the obvious "single". :)
2) "Seven times", pretty good.
3) "Horsemen", atmospheric, wandering...

Thanks for posting those links. I posted in the comments on the video forum that I wasn't as impressed as usual with the song (my opinion everyone! :) ) and it could have done with some guitar.
But those those other two Horsemen and Seven Times were brilliant, I'm now looking forward to the album!

I heard "Horsemen" for the first time at NMA's concert in Dortmund in April - and I was instantly hooked and blown away, so I'd go for that one. Tough one, though, as I also really like the other 2 - can't wait for the album!!! ;)
-
Close thing between March & Seven Times for me but I reckon Seven Times just about shades it - well at least it does today.
-
For me it's gotta be Seven Times.Just love Ceris' bass playing :)

Like Stephanie, Horsemen in Dortmund was bloody amazing and a great set opener.

Horsemen, then MiS. I'm still really struggling to get to grips with 7 Times; maybe it'll grow on me over time.
-
At first it was Seven Times, now I think it's Horsemen...
-
Seven times without hesitation !
I love this old Irish instrument played by Ceri at the beginning

The bodhran mate - my wife's uncle was a great player over in Ireland. Ceri's something of a master of it to from what I've seen. :)

Seven Times for me. Learning the words so that I can use some kind peoples shoulders to stand on in the Autumn.

the horsey one is really cool :D

Has to be 7 Times, blew me away the first time I saw it live.
Been blowing me ever since.... (fnarr fnarr)

Don't know about favourites, but Seven Times is the one that's been stuck in a loop going round and round my head the last two weeks.... plus that bassline...
-
Seven Times as a 'single' in the old sense of the concept; Horsemen just has something about it and that delicious minor chord crescendo from Marshall, couldn't get it out of my head after the gigs in May and lucky enough to have a couple of decent quality bootlegged tracks to keep me going through the lean summer months before the imminent release...
