I must say finally really got into some of the new album tracks that took time to grow after catching three BDAW live shows - those being I need more time and Did you make it safe in particular. The more I heard it live the more I reckon INMT is a great successor to States Radio, the set opener for pretty much all of the TIAGD tour.
Summer Moors live without the brass section was every bit as classic as I suspected it might be, and Stormclouds worked out great for the pit merchants, as did, somewhat surprisingly BDAW itself.
So glad to hv caught Lean Back and Fall at last at Brighton, it was worth the wait.
Shame the band didn't play Tomorrow Came to my knowledge and wouldn't it be great if they showed up sometime with an ensemble of Egyptian musicians and drummers to do Qasr El Nil Bridge!!!
What a great tour, roll on Nottingham to do it all again with maybe some additional old stuff?!

I loved Between Dog & Wolf in Manchester. I don't know why but I had it in my mind that it wouldn't sound as good live but it was fantastic!
Agree would love to hear Tomorrow Came live ;)

I'll agree that manchester was pretty mental - not sure if by london everyone was just drained or maybe it was the late start!

Soo nearly booked Manchester too bl%%dy Travelodge rates, stayed there for a tenner two years ago at a new hotel too!

BDAW is my my favourite track on the album and it just blew me away in Brighton & London. Roll on the next gigs...

Agreed with the Brighton & London.
I've listened the album now twice and I think it's a masterpiece in all of its ways. New and (I'd say brave) thing is that if the album lacks the classic rock elements of NMA that give the intensity, it does the same with immaterial/spiritual/"deep-hearted" ways still being pure with some sort of (eee, fiery elemental) powers of mind when it needs to - without hitting the deck with all the force. It's something like NBTS as a NMA album.

The live gigs have made me appreciate INMT so much more. I love Justin's passion and near anger when he sings that.
That Manchester Ritz gig was, for me, totally perfect. One of the best - if not the best - in many years.

the whole almosphere at manchester was great and i would say its the best ive seen them for a good few years i loved it :)
