I'm going and I know that several others from here will be there. Fantastic line up as usual, best festival of the year IMHO
Ì know that they have almost sold out so don't hang about too long.

I don't know anything about British festivals. Only saw the Across the Decades at 2000 in Milton Keynes. What kind of stuff the bands usually are there in Bearded Theory? Is it some folk type of thing or...?
Somehow the pics at their site remind me about Ozric Tentacles spacerock sort of things.  :)

Bearded is quite small  about 4500 people. You get a wide range of acts each year but Bearded Theory consistently put on a fantastic line up that usually refects large sections of my record collection each year. NMA have played thre times ( I think) last year the Levellers headlined. This year is no exception with several of my favourite bands playing  - Carter USM, Wonderstuff , PWEI, Ferocious Dog, Inner Terrestrials, King Prawn, Louse Distras, Gaz Brookfield and several more, so I am going to be having fun. The full line up can be seen on the following link

Bearded Theory 2015... I'm hearing that it's James, The Mission, Inspiral Carpets, Buzzcocks this year...

Not a festival fan but that's quite a nice line-up...

There were several bands that I'd really want to see! Transglobal Underground, Mission, Eat Static, Paprika Korps (aaaawesome punk-dub band), Demob...

Hmm, thinking how could I afford to that.  ???

Its a good laugh and a friendly festival  - though probably fair to say its attracts a more (ahem) mature crowd (there's not many people in the 18-35 age bracket..). Mainly bands from the 80s (with a few newer band who appeal to the older crowd), Djs from the 90s - its like the last 20 years have never happend!
