hey u all,
i'm keren, 46, living in tel aviv and i'm a nma fan more than 20 years, maybe 30.
i would like to go to the palladium with somebody else and spend together the evening after the show, cause it's much more fun instead to be alone. and maybe to find a place to stay there till the next morning.
from israel i'll fly to berlin at 16th of december, i'll stay there some days and will go by bus to cologne and back.
i'm not spoiled, open minded, like to make new friends, smoking and a little bit drinking too.
so if you like to join with me the show, please send me an mail or come before to visit me in tel aviv! :)

Also, how gear is the limes bar?
Any help appreciated!

There are normally some taxis but in any case the trams are only 5 minutes away and it's pretty easy to find the main road (where they are) from the venue (if nothing else, just follow the people leaving). Not been to the Lime bar but it should be no more than 10 minute walk, from what I remember being told. I'm not going this year, but normally a lot of people (mainly the non-German lot but not only) meet in the Irish pub on the main square (where the main Christmas Market is) in the afternoon and then make their way towards the venue by either tram or taxi later on. I'm sure if you pop in you'll find some familiar T-shirts to talk to and tag along with ;)

Thanks that is helpful
Don't really want to do trams late at night but as a lot of others will be going the same way I guess it will be ok!

Pre gig meet is usually The Corkonian Irish Pub in Alt Stadt, slap bang in the middle of the Christmas market.
Getting a Taxi from the Palladium, you would have better odds winning the lottery ;D
Limes is at least a 15 minute walk and you can order a taxi from there after a beverage or 2.

I hope I'm not jinxing it - but it has been really warm here so far - so who knows, maybe it won't be too bad. ;)
Don't let that stop you from getting "Glühwein" - that's always nice, even without snow. :)
Can't wait for the show!

Its bloody freezing here in Detmold.

Can someone explain how to get from the city center to and from the venue by tram. In easy steps so I can comprehend ;)

the nearest stop is Keupstr*. stop on the U4 line in the direction of Schelbusch. There's various ways to do it but for example from the Hbf you can get U18 in the direction of Thielenbruch and change onto the U4 at Mulheim Weiner Platz.
The venue is about a 10 minute walk from the tram stop. Off the platform in the direction of travel, turn right across the tracks, then left at the next significant turn (some sort of restaurant on the corner). Then past the TV studio and take the next significant right. Have look on Gmaps or similar and note the street names down, or just follow other obvious gig goers.
* the stop after this one looks about the same distance but I've only ever used Keupstr. and most others coming from the centre seem to.

That's way too much for me!
That'll be a taxi job I think!
