I really enjoy the few songs broadcasted just before the beginning of the gigs.
Does anyone know the titles of these tracks ?
Thanks in advance.

One of them was "Free" Wishing Well
-
Foo Fighters - All my Life
-
I do remember a fantastic track from the early 90's that was mostly instrumental but had the repeated chant of 'attack, attack'... anyone know that one? :-\

Foo Fighters - All my Life
Thank you.
And do you know the title of the tune played first ? I think it is the same playlist than the one played before the Christmas shows.

It's been the more of less the same for the past two years. :)
-
I'm sure I've heard a Suicidal Tendencies song in there
-
Stereolab - French Disko

Thank you all.
The tune I'm looking for sounds actually like QOTSA (Little sister, Go with the flow, Monsters in the parasol) but thats's not it....

The year of the intro was played ? Or the gig (month of the year?)

Ha! Good guess (it was used for UK pop show Top Of The Pops for many years) but it certainly wasn't that... much meaner and moodier...
Good catch, though, and thanks for the trip down Memory Lane!

I'm kinda relieved to hear it was not this one - not a great song by any stretch...and now I've got that refrain going round my head...ho hum - I wonder what it was?
edit - while I'm here - can anyone answer this one that bugged me for a while - it was on the TIAGD tour, Liverpool and they came on for an encore and hit into a few bars of some 70s classic - I couldn't put my finger on what track it was at the time and it bugged me for a while after. Pleased to say it doesn't matter anymore but any one know what the track was?

I see to recall the (very excellent) 100% Dynamite reggae compilations used to get regular pre gig airings
