Do you have some particular label you're into?
Is it a cheap hobby user product, semiprofessional or proffesional product? Something you feel it's worthy and/or quality stuff?
I'm curiously asking this especially about tools/power tools/other machines you like to use, have it, or would like to own one.
Also we could talk about quality in general and not to reduce the concept only to tools.

There are some particular labels I'm very much into. For example, I should purchase a bandsaw. I have a crappy Einhell "blue class" small bandsaw now, but would like to get a Record Power bandsaw from UK. (Quite many Finns order power tools from UK, because our tax rates and general prices are ridiculously high. If you'll purchase same machine here it's price is nearly 150€ higher than in UK.)
I need a Festool planer with a special curved blade for carving in logging work.
A German label Scheppach have also some special quality stuff too but I'd recommend to be aware about the Wood Star label which seem to be a secondary and cheaper label under Scheppach's brand. Wood Star is actually made in China and f.e. their planer/thicknesser seems to be produced under several other brand names too.
Yeah, and I like a lot about Arbortech carving blades that'll fit for angle grinders...
Oh, come on any working class here? ;)

Raised on a farm, so I learned to use heavy equipment, weld, blow torch. Have been out of it for 15 yrs now and just bought a house and am looking for a nice used welder. As I only have an acre, I won't be buying any front-end loaders any time soon.

i'm a radio officer by trade and have studied telecommunications and micro computer technology when desktops were micros. so i am always fixing things or taking them apart to see how they work and stopping them working. t
so i use lindstrom. for most now cutting tools i go for irazola. 1000v out of the box which just makes my day safety wise. i have observed capacitors in unplugged equipment melt the handles off screwdrivers when put across terminals. that and handles melt in peoples hands when they have touch something live and not properly insulated or wired up - stuck to 2200v high tension on a transmitter until someone hits them a kick in the nuts (thats one way of inducing the natural crab reflex which in turns is strong enough to stop the person sticking.)

and after that someone buys me a halfords set once every couple of years and i use it until the pieces are not string enough for some of the action.

Hello Witch, do I remember right that your husband was into Festool tools? Well, I've joined the Festool gang now too. They have a planer that I needed. A really great label and worth to get. Cheers.
