It was posted on NMA Facebook profile today ..... BDAW becomes second to last. Any impressions?
-
Don't think most people here care about facebook. But I suppose something has to come second bottom and even bottom that's the thing with lists
-
Second last compared to what?
-
Second last compared to what?
I wish I knew. It's intriguing anyway.
-
Marvellous :)
BDAW = Second to last album recorded maybe? (BWAB was a mini-album).
Whatever it means, something to look forward to next year 8)
-
Had a feeling this month off from touring might see the lads in the studio. Great stuff.
-
Hope to hear some new songs at the Christmas shows ;D
-
Wasn't there a new song played recently? Can't find the relevant thread...
-
Yes there was a new song played recently, think it was at one of Justins solo gigs can't remember the name of the festival or the song, I have the details on my tablet ( I'm using my phone just now)
-
There was a new one played at Solarsphere - don't know if it has a name but dealt with the issues surrounding migration
-
Great news. Looking forward for European tour with new material next year. Keep on rocking in the free world.
-
Just found it. Have you heard it previously? Any hints?

Seen it. I think it's for a solo recording of Justin Sullivan. But it's only my opinion. Maybe I'm wrong.
-
That's the one I was thinking of. Really like it, sounds like an embryonic version of a future classic... and I do like the line about 'Everything new reminds us of things left far behind us...'... damn, that's striking a chord at the moment...
-
Before the encores during the last gig in London Justin said "We haven't played anything new today but the new album is ready .... You don't have to hurry with 15th one ...." It seems that the spring is just about to come ;)
-
In Nottingham, Justin also said that the new album was ready but they weren't going to rush-release it after three releases in a bit over two years... don't hold your breath! ;)
-
Release in the Spring with an album tour in Autumn would be nice. We have been very lucky in the last few years with the rate of product release. Productive band band that are clearly working very well together. Very creative period in the long NMA story
-
From what i hear nobody knows when release time is.
-
Only the inner sanctum known when the album will be released and quite rightly too... as everyone here would agree, we'd love to hear it tomorrow, but I'm also quite happy for a bit of a wait. Feeling quite sated for all things NMA-related for now, plenty of gigs, three releases and a movie in just over two years... want to get hungry again..? :(
-
Am i right in thinking nma albums tend to get autumn releases? I'd put my money on september, i find it really interesting that so many songs from "high" were played at the xmas gigs, perhaps its the swing of the pendulum back to "rockband in a room basics" with that ethic continued on the new release or maybe justins just messin with us again!
