Title: Normal service will resume...GOOD DAY NMA WORLD
Post by: Wessexy Witch on December 01, 2015, 10:30:42 AM: Just to let you all know that I'm ok with just a little bit more missing.
As far as I know, the operation went well but took a few hours longer than it should have. I presume they stopped for tea and Eastenders.
The surgeon said I shouldn't need chemo or radio therapy and will see me again in 8 weeks for a check up and hopefully be able to tell me more about the tumour.
I feel ok. The pain lessens everyday and my wee looks like wee and not rusty water now. I can get up and down the stairs using my walking stick, so I can go sit on a patio chair to watch telly.. It looks like I have a collection of 6 belly buttons now.....wonder if I can get them all pierced? (reminder to ask Gav the piercer).

Thanks for all you kind messages to me and Mark. He is on facebook and twatter and I know some of you are his friends there. His year has been as shit as mine and he hasn't bailed out on me, so he deserves a medal.

I've only made 2 this year, one for my boys and one for Mark's lovely boss who has given him a million days off work this year without asking.

I'm getting better and more mobile everyday. The pain is shifting from being pain from the holey bits to pain from the mended bits. My skin is changing from grey to yellow and purple. Quite pretty really !

The bruise/hole on my neck looks impressive in a zombie kinda way too !!
