Does anyone know if their (original) version of 51st State has ever been released on an album or anywhere?

Its almost possible to fit JS's voice over that version. Very 80's but not unlikeable. Interesting.

Couldn't find it on Discogs, so big chance there's no recording of it. But maybe it's just my searching skills.
