Google says, this means "hello Break Discs men , Where are You?"
Man who break discs?   It is not translating well into english however I think they mean
"People who record music".     


English:I think there is a new album coming out and Fb said possible tour. German dates confirmed in August though.

 Deutsche:  Ich denke, es kommt ein neues Album und Fb der möglichen Tour aus . Obwohl die deutschen bestätigten Daten im Augus

A "Bremsscheiber" is a brake disc like you get on cars!
