I have to say, they both look like bootlegs... wouldn't pay a quid for them...

Inclined to agree.

"The Sons And Daughters Of Consolation Tour - perfect unworn condition 27 year old" rings alarm bells to start with.

The second one looks like a pic lifted from "Get me out" 12" artwork.

The 2nd one looks like the kind of shirts they sold in Our Price in the olden days.
