Nottingham tickets purchased: life got in the way of the annual journey from darkest Kent last year, but back on track for the this one!

Well, I booked the hotel but not bought the ticket yet, must get on that... truly can't wait, the traditional Christmas show is always a highlight of my year.   :D

I bought the ticket but will get the hotel later in the year when the prices are lower. After the continual debacle with trains, I think ill be driving up again. The hotel I booked last year was perfect so I think ill go for that again. Looking forward to it. Hopefully avoid any headaches too  :-\

The strathdon is only £70 book now pay later n that includes a excellent breakfast. The rooms are good value, clean n comfortable and at that price you can't complain. 10mins walk to the station n only a few minutes stagger from rock city

Might be worth checking the premier inn near the university: got our room booked for £50 in advance.

Is that the Goldsmith street one?  My usual hotel when I'm in Nottingham.  I also got a great rate, seeing as it's the last Saturday before Christmas...
