Title: Stupid Questions, live reggae version, 1990, 'Space' b-side...
Post by: Master Ray on July 11, 2018, 07:05:03 PM

OK.  I seem to remember this coming up a few years back.  People were asking about it, wanting to find a link, but nobody had one at the time.  I don't believe it's been mentioned since.  If it has, apologies for bringing up old news!  But in case it hasn't, some lovely person has posted it on Youtube in the meantime... and here it is...

It's an interesting listen, not a bona fide classic, but I think it's pretty rare and I thought some of you might enjoy it...   ;)

Ha, loved that!  Justins words reminded me of a gig one Saturday night at the much-missed London Astoria when we were all kicked out at 10pm or something because some girl from S Club 7 wanted to get on and do her set...   ::)

and, true story, the side entrance opened up, the smell of smoke and sweat blasting out, us reprobates spilled out to find some bloke with his trousers down and some girl with her skirt hitched up in, ahem, a somewhat compromising position up against a wall... I'm pretty sure they weren't expecting that.   ;D

that's a nice one. i remember that i just found it very funny when they played it in th ereggae version, it had some lightening up feeling to it, some relaxing between the rocking;-) i have the 12" Space vinyl version with no rest as another live track on it.

the short disco intro also had some comedy to it ;D
