you should start at 36.40
i didn't get all the words but he referred to "thomas rainsborough" (that's what my german ears did hear)
"a radical preacher in the new model army. or for some more recent followers of a more recent new model army it could be about someone else as well... or instead"

Having just given it a second listen, I think Rainsborough fans might be a bit disappointed. While verse 2 may be about either of them, i’d say verses 1 and 3 are definitely about Justin.

The lyrics are difficult for me to understand fully, but as you said, it is a tribute to js.
