Title: Can't Order From The Official NMA Site

Look, I would much rather support New Model Army via their site rather than be buying from amazon, but that NMA site will not let me get to The Shop. Every time I click on The Shop in order to buy some items (the new album for one) I keep getting:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

All the other headings at the NMA site - News, The Band, Music, Forum, Links - work for me...just not The Shop.

And here's what makes things worse: I have contacted the site three times over the past week...and they have never responded. So, amazon here I come. amazon you can take my money for New Model Army products. What other option do I have?

The new album is not available on the NMA Shop at the moment, it is being sold via Townsend. As stated in the recent newsletter :

"This pre-sale is by arrangement with Townsend Music (as we did withour last three album releases), where the band will see a higher return per album than from other sources. However, if you are outside the UK, it may be cheaper to order the album locally. It is released through EarMusic and should be available through normal outlets worldwide."

In terms of the shop, we are replacing the existing shop with a brand new Online Shop, with new items in stock and a super-sale of old stock. It is hoped the new Shop will give an improved service as well as restoring the credit card facility that has been in suspension this year. So I suggest you wait a few more days for the new shop to appear.

Thanks (and thanks for treating me like a human being).

The thing is, I am not just looking to buy the new album. Some other products I am interested in purchasing. Hope things get cleared up. I have bought from the site in the past...no problemas. Just odd that I can't get into The Shop now.
