Don't argue with anyone with fascist views online. They will never listen to reason and get slightly mean.

i totally disagree -you're completely and utterly wrong.....(joke-sorry) :P

Thanks Whizzkid. Ange did have several out patient appointments afterwards and was eventually given the all-clear with me given the job of checking now and again. I still stand by the original post, keep an eye on your moles for any changes, it might just save your life. -and if in a relationship, your partner cannot check their own back - do it for them and visa versa  ;)

Do art and culture. Due to some investigations f.e. singing in a choir, playing an instrument, making fine art and going to exhibitions affects to your well being and body, and makes you happier.

Look after your back. Ive just had my third spinal op at the age of 42.
Feeling more like 62, your whole body movement is affected when your back is damaged. Please lift carefully.  ;)

Oof.  Bad shit right there, mate, wishing you a full recovery.  Also got back problems, although not as serious as yours, obviously.  It does take over your life, doesn't it?
