Wow, $149 initial opening bid asked and the the press has Moose on it so I guess it can't have been from the original no Rest release promo I guess. Looks like an interesting photo copy too!

Maybe it was for a Nordic tour?

Anyway it seems a very high price (not to mention the postage cost too!) unless there is a very rare Norway release of No Rest.
