Was kind of hoping things may have levelled out with his topic, Why Didn't New Model Army Ever Become Big?
To be honest, a good topic, surprised it was not already up there, but that has now gone the same way as the others.
Yea I agree. Most of the posts had an idea at first where was reason. Like the guitar and a dedication to buy it (I, f.e as a drummer have also been dreaming about having a drum set like Sonor or Pearl or having Sabian cymbals that some of my fave artists use).
I did suggest a couple of weeks ago that he may in fact be a former member here, possibly banned in the passed or left in sorry circumstances. I am really starting to think this may be the case. People from a place such as New York tend not to make comments about its citizens that put them all in a bad light.
You may be right. I think Tony S. said it well there about 5 years rhythm with this occurring at the forum for some reason. I was thinking it today and realized something: there's always something in common with the issue. They tend to write only to NMA chapter, not anything to 'everything else' or other areas and it gives a hint they are taking the thing very seriously. Like there was only one thing they're interested for. There's nothing wrong with talking about the best band in the world, but I think it tends to go to wrong direction when there's emotional context with there. If they are talking about some lost information, revealed history about the thing they're very dedicated to, then they should keep it calm (like Gaijin did) and not to go to frenzy about argueing about things.
Maybe some people remember Gaijin? There wasn't any quarrel with him. He also wrote mainly about NMA and he knew a hell lot about old things, unreleased songs etc. etc. Like a storage of knowledge. He appeared suddenly, was around for one month, wrote numerous topics about rare releases and disappeared... He actually wrote couple of lines to everything else too. Maybe it's good to say some other things too at times. Like to show you're a real human with humour and life too.
Ok, I'm ready to move on.
Cheers
