Just back from Valencia – a great gig. Venue was a bit in the sticks for taxis after the show and it was a late start (though normal for Spain – 11pm kick off!), but everyone friendly and band played a blinder – songs like Winter & Devil going down just as well as songs like ‘Fate’.
Set was pretty much the same as the rest of the tour – up until where Die Trying normally is, Justin was alone on stage and played ‘Better Than Them’ – not heard that one live in a good while – we then got (not in order & missing some) – 51st State, Purity, Wonderful Way To Go, Orange Tree Roads and Get Me Out finished the only encore of the night.
Great stuff – look forward to travelling to more Spanish gigs in the future!
